Alamar Blue Usage And Synthesis
Application
Alamar Blue is a single reagent that allows for continuous and rapid detection of cell proliferation. Alamar Blue is non-toxic and harmless to cells, does not interfere with the electron transport chain, cellular respiration or function, and does not affect cellular antibody synthesis or secretion. It is suitable for continuous and further observation of the proliferation of the same batch of cells, is easy to operate, and hardly interferes with normal cellular metabolism.
