Z-VA-DL-D-FMK (Z-VA-DL-D(OH)-FMK) is an inhibitor for caspase[1]. Z-VA-DL-D-FMK binds irreversibly to caspases, increases the sensitivity of TNF-α, and activates HIV replication in infected T cell ACH-2[1].
