JAK2-IN-4 (compound 16h) is a selective JAK2/JAK3 inhibitor, with IC50 values of 0.7 nM and 23.2 nM for JAK2 and JAK3, respectively[1]. IC50: 0.7 nM/23.2 nM (JAK2/JAK3)[1].
