Uses
ESi860 is a high-performance infrared fluorescent dye suitable for in vivo fluorescence microscopy imaging of cells and small animals.
Chemical Properties
ESi860 has excellent luminescent properties, anti-photo-bleaching, anti-oxidant and anti-bio-thiol addition properties. It is not able to cross the cell membrane. It also has photothermal and photoacoustic properties, and weak photodynamic properties.The maximum absorption and emission wavelength of ESi860 is located in the near-infrared region, and it can be excited by lasers of 808/830/850 nm.
