Rink Amide-MBHA Resin (cas# 431041-83-7) is a resin used in the preparationof carbon monoxide-releasing hydrogel patches for anti-inflammation, antiapoptosis, and cytoprotection, at a physiological level.
Uses
- Solid support for Fmoc-based solid phase peptide synthesis (SPPS) of peptide amides.
- This solid support contains a modified Rink amide linker attached to the MBHA resin.
- Cleavage of peptides is achieved by adding 95% TFA.
