Uses

EcoCult^® Lactose Broth is suitable for the preliminary non-selective enrichment of bacteria, particularly Salmonella spp. It is also used as a preliminary test for coliform bacteria, especially Escherichia coli. The media is recommended for the bioburden testing of the food, water, dairy, and pharmaceutical products.
