Preparation
1,1-BIS(TRIMETHYLSILYLOXY)-1-PROPENE is prepared by silylation of lithium trialkylsilyl
carboxylates or treatment of the dianions of carboxylic acids with Chlorotrimethylsilane at -78 °C (eq 1).
