Synthesis

3.7g methyl 3-bromo-5-nitrobenzoate, 30mL methanol was put into the reaction bottle, stirred at 35 ??, ammonia gas was vented, and the reaction process was monitored by TLC, the volume ratio of the unfolding agent was ethyl acetate:petroleum ether = 1:1. After the reaction was completed, the reaction solution was evaporated dry to obtain 3.3g of yellow solid crude product. The crude product was recrystallized with 19.8 mL of ethanol, filtered to obtain yellow crystals, vacuum dried to obtain 3.0 g of 3-bromo-5-nitrobenzamide, HPLC purity 99.75 ??, yield 85.2 ??.
