Uses
SR 41378 is an orally active aminopyrazine derivative. SR 41378 has anticonvulsant, antianxiety and hypnotic activities[1][2].
in vivo
SR 41378 (1.25-20 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection) can significantly reduce the incidence and severity of seizures in rats[1].
