Uses
4F 4PP oxalate is a selective SR-2A antagonist.
Biological Activity
A selective 5-HT 2A antagonist with almost as high affinity (K i = 5.3 nM) as ketanserin but with a much lower affinity for 5-HT 2C sites (K i = 620 nM).
