Uses
In PVC, it provides excellent heat stability; excellent processibility, allowing high extrusion rates; excellent electrical properties over a wide range of temperatures and insulation classifications; good compatibility and low reactivity with a broad range of plasticizers; and for vinyl foams, it is an effective activator for azodicarbonamide-type blowing agents. Other applications include flexible extruded and molded PVC compounds, where it provides good resistance to early color development during processing. In vinyl plastisols, it provides low viscosity build-up on aging.
