Uses

Methyl Trithion, is used as an insecticide in biological studies to determine the effect on agriculture. Also, this compound was used evaluate the repellency in deer mouse and house mouse to determine the toxicity.

Safety Profile

Poison by ingestion and skin contact routes. A cholinesterase inhibitor type of insecticide. When heated to decomposition it emits very toxic fumes of Cl-, POx, and SOx.
