World Health Organization (WHO)
Cloforex, a sympathomimetic phenethylamine derivative, was introduced over twenty years ago for the treatment of obesity. Concern that its use was associated with cases of pulmonary hypertension led to its withdrawal in several countries. WHO has no information to suggest that this drug remains commercially available.
