Description
Leustroducsin B is a novel colony-stimulating factor (CSF) inducer isolated from Streptomyces platensis SANK 60191.
Uses
Leustroducsin B is a colony-stimulating factor (CSF) inducer. Leustroducsin B induces CSF production in bone marrow stromal cells[1].
in vivo
Leustroducsin B (0.1-0.3 mg/kg; ip; once daily; for three to six days) induces thrombocytosis in mice[1].
