Uses

L-741,626 is a selective D2DR inhibitor. Also, it is a G protein-coupled receptors antagonists and inverse agonists.

Biological Activity

A potent D 2 dopamine receptor selective antagonist, with affinities of 2.4, 100 and 220 nM for D 2 , D 3 and D 4 receptors respectively. Centrally active following systemic administration in vivo .
