EMD 270179 Usage And Synthesis
Uses
Cyclopeptide-5 (EMD 270179) is an αvβ3 antagonist that can improve PAF-induced increased adhesion of sickle red blood cells, capillary post-obstruction, and enhance blood flow dynamics. Cyclopeptide-5 also has cytotoxic effects[1][2].
