Description

BDP TMR carboxylic acid is a BDP TR linker with a carboxylic acid. The BDP TMR dye is popular for the microscopy and fluorescence polarization assays. The terminal carboxylic acid can react with primary amine groups in the presence of activators (e.g. EDC, or HATU) to form a stable amide bond.
