Description

HUN86320, also known as TSPC (short for 3-(2-Thienylsulfonyl)pyrazine-2-carbonitrile) is a Glycogen Synthase Kinase-3β Inhibitor (GSK-3β Inhibitor). HUN86320 was first described in patent WO 2006079057. This product has no formal name at the moment.

Uses

TSPC is a phytohormone gibberellin (GA) perception inhibitor with an IC50 value of 10 μM in vitro[1].
