A cell-permeable pyrrolo-pyrazine compound that acts as a potent, selective, reversible, and ATP-competitive inhibitor of Cdk1/cyclin B, Cdk5/p35, and GSK-3 ( IC50 =700nM 1.5 uM, and 920 nM, respectively).
