Description
5-Propargylamino-3'-azidomethyl-dCTP is a nucleoside molecule extracted from patent WO2004018497A2, compound 17. 5-Propargylamino-3'-azidomethyl-dCTP can be used in DNA synthesis and DNA sequencing. 5-Propargylamino-3'-azidomethyl-dCTP is a click chemistry reagent, itcontains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) can also occur with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups.
