H-ARG(NO2)-PNA Usage And Synthesis
Uses
L-NAPNA is a nitric oxide synthase (NOS) inhibitor with an IC50 of 1.4 μM. L-NAPNA exhibits analgesic effects by inhibiting formalin-induced paw licking behavior in mice (ED50 of 57.2 mg/kg) and suppressing acetic acid-induced abdominal writhing in mice (ED50 of 25 mg/kg). L-NAPNA can be used in research related to central nervous system diseases[1].
