Esuprone Usage And Synthesis
Uses
Esuprone is a brain-penetrant, orally active and selective MAO A inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.3 nM. Esuprone can be used for neurological research[1][2].
in vivo
Esuprone (20 mg/kg, p.o., 2 h) significantly increased afterdischarge threshold (ADT) in rats by 130% above control[1].
