S-25932 is a potent 4-quinolones antibacterial agent. S-25932 shows broad gram-negative antibacterial activity. S-25932 shows inhibition for Enterobacter aerogenes, Enterobacter addlomerans, Enterobacter coloacae, Escherichia coli with MIC90 values of 1.0, 2.0, 1.0, 0.25 μg/mL, respectively[1].
