8-(1-Naphthalenylmethyl)-4-oxo-1-phenyl-1,3,8-triazaspiro[4.5]decane-3-acetic acid Methyl Ester is a potent nociceptin receptor agonist.
Biological Activity
Potent non-peptide agonist for the NOP receptor (EC 50 = 305 nM, K i = 7.3 nM); ~ 12-fold selective over other receptors. Centrally active following systemic administration in vivo .
