Uses
RS-18286 is a potent luteinizing-hormone (LH)-releasing hormone (LHRH) antagonist. RS-18286 blocks the pituitary LHRH receptor and suppresses pituitary luteinizing-hormone (LH) secretion and reduce serum concentrations of gonadal steroids[1].
