Uses
Bis(1,1-dimethylethyl)difluorosilane can be useful in theoretical and experimental studies of hydrophilic silicon-based building blocks for 18F-labeling of peptides. It can also be useful in the synthesis of boryl- and silylhydrazones, cyclic and acyclic fluoroaminosilanes, and iminosilanes.
