JG98 Usage And Synthesis
Uses
JG-98 Hsp70 Inhibitor is used for functional redundancy of HSPA1, HSPA2 and other HSPA proteins in non-small cell lung carcinoma.
in vivo
JG-98 (3 mg/kg; i.p.; on days 0, 2, and 4) suppresses tumor growth in xenograft models bearing MCF7 and HeLa cells[2].
