Description
Fluorol Yellow 088 is a polyaromatic organic dye that is used for cell staining of suberin lamellae in plant tissue.
Uses
Fluorol Yellow 088 is a polyaromatic organic dye used to stain plant tissue.
Preparation
p-Cresol (2 Moore) and Phthalic anhydride (1 Moore) condensation get 2 ‘, 7 ‘- dimethyl – fluoran in 24% sulfuric acid?central change, its product with zinc and ammonia in the pressure reduction get dye, and then in 250 ~ 280 ℃ / 1-2 mmHG sublimation, refined.
