Yellowish-white, viscous mass. Insoluble in water; soluble in alcohol, benzene, ether, oil, and turpentine. Combustible.
Uses
Aluminum Oleate is the aluminum salt of oleic acid which is used as a binder, emulsifier, and anticaking agent. it is practically insolu- ble in water.
Uses
In oil or turpentine solution as lacquer for metals, as size, waterproofing agent, drier, for paints, high-pressure and high-temp greases for thickening lubricating oils.
