Properties and Applications
red orange and brown. From benzene in crystallization out products for red brown crystallization, melting point 148 ℃. Soluble in ethanol, acetone and benzene. In concentrated sulfuric acid to yellow, dilution after bright yellow; In concentrated sodium hydroxide solution insoluble. Dye alcohol solution to join dilute hydrochloric acid for brown light red; Join dilute sodium hydroxide solution for brown light yellow. Used for oil, paraffin wax, printing ink, alcohol soluble paint color.
