Toxicity

The acute oral LD₅₀ of rats was 3160mg/kg, and it was also reported that the acute oral LD₅₀ of the original drug in rats was 681mg/kg (male), 794mg/kg ( female); acute oral LD₅₀501mg/kg (male), 926mg/kg (female) in mice; acute percutaneous LD₅₀>4646mg/kg in female rats . The no-effect dose in the 90-day feeding test for rats was 158 mg/kg per day.

Chemical Properties

SSH-108 is a white crystalline solid. mp56～57℃, easily soluble in organic solvent, insoluble in water. The original drug is light yellow or brown solid.

Uses

SSH-108 is used as s-triazine systemic herbicides. After being absorbed by weed roots, stems and leaves, it is transmitted in the body and inhibits photosynthesis. For soybean, corn, wheat, cotton and other crops to control annual grass weeds such as barnyardgrass, crabgrass, green amaranth, and Polygonum dalba. The dosage is 5～20g active ingredients/100m².

Synthesis

SSH-108 uses cyanuric chloride as raw material, first synthesizes permethazine, and then uses permethazine as raw material to synthesize.
