Description

DH 97 is an antagonist of melatonin receptor 2 (MT₂; K_is = 252 and 1,100 for human MT₂ and MT₁ receptors, respectively).

Uses

DH97 is a potent melatonin receptor 2 (MT2) antagonist with Ki values of 252 nM and 1100 nM for MT2 and MT1, respectively[1].

Biological Activity

A relatively potent MT 2 melatonin receptor antagonist (pK i value = 8.03), displaying 89- and 229-fold selectivity over MT 1 and GPR50 (melatonin-related orphan receptor) respectively.
