Description
CJC-1295, also known as DAC:GRF, is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It is a modified form of GHRH (1-29) with improved pharmacokinetics, especially in regard to half-life. CJC-1295 has been shown to extend the half-life and bioavailability of growth-hormone-releasing hormone 1-29 and stimulate insulin-like growth factor 1 secretion. It increases the half-life of acting agents by bioconjugation.
Definition
CJC-1295 DAC, which stands for (Drug Affinity Complex) is provided with 2mg of lyophilized powder. This is a 30 amino acid pharmaceutical-grade research peptide. Other peptides can be drawn into the same syringe to minimize the injections needed for desired testing. CJC-1295 DAC is essentially a peptide that boosts protein synthesis. To be clear, what is considered normal CJC-1295 without DAC is a misnamed Mod GRF. When the peptide does not contain DAC, it is no longer considered CJC, which can be confusing to many. Mod GRF is a terasubstituted peptide of the modified version of the original GRF 1-29, commonly known as sermorelin.

Mechanism of action
CJC-1295 works by stimulating growth hormone secretion by binding to GHRH receptors and should stimulate the secretion of the whole family of growth hormone peptides normally secreted by the pituitary gland. These hormones will stimulate increases in bone density and collagen production, as well as boosting the immune system. They will also stimulate the production of lean muscle mass.
