Purification Methods
It forms yellow crystals from EtOH. It has pKa2 0 values of 2.05 and 8.29 in H2O. It is more stable than thiooxine. [UV: Albert & Barlin J Chem Soc 2384 1959.] [Beilstein 21 H 99, 21 III/IV 1197, 21/3 V 30.]
