Biological Activity

L-Ala-D-Glu-gamma-L-Lys-D-Ala-D-Ala, peptidoglycan pentapeptide, is the antigenic peptide determinant of peptidoglycan useful in studies of mechanisms of action of glycopeptide antibiotics.
