Application
1-Iodobutyne (containing copper stabilizer) can be used to construct important molecular frameworks for fine chemicals, pharmaceutical molecules, and functional materials, or as reaction precursors. These compounds generally exhibit good and important biological activities. 1-Iodobutyne (containing copper stabilizer) has wide applications in medicinal chemistry, applied chemistry, and synthetic chemistry, and its synthesis and applications are of great research value. Among these, the oxidative iodination reaction of alkynes is an important method for synthesizing iodoalkyne compounds.
Synthesis
44.9 L (0.5 mmol) of n-butyne and 221.6 mg (0.6 mmol) of tetrabutylammonium iodide were dissolved in 3 mL of acetonitrile, and then 161.1 mg (0.5 mmol) of iodobenzene diacetic acid was added to the reaction system in batches within 30 min, and then the reaction was carried out for 24 h at room temperature, and then the reaction was extracted with ethyl acetate three times, and then the combined organic phases were concentrated under reduced pressure to give the crude The product 1-iodobutyne was concentrated under reduced pressure. The crude product 1-iodobutyne was separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography (n-hexane/ethyl acetate, 4:1), and 77.1 mg of light yellow liquid product 1-iodobutyne was obtained, after which the stabilizer copper scrap was added), and the final product 1-iodobutyne (containing stabilizer copper scrap) was obtained with a yield of 79%.
