Uses
Thalidomide-PEG4-NH2 hydrochloride is a synthesized E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate that incorporates the Thalidomide based cereblon ligand and a linker used in PROTAC technology[1].
Biological Activity
Thalidomide 4'-ether-PEG3-amine is a functionalized cereblon ligand for PROTAC research and development; incorporates an E3 ligase ligand plus a short PEG linker ready for conjugation to a target protein ligand. This product has been recently renamed. The previous name for this product was Thalidomide - linker 11
