Uses

Oxolane-3-carboximidamide hydrochloride is used as a reactant in the preparation of sulfoximine-substituted pyrimidines, pyrazoles and isoxazoles via heterocyclization of sulfoximine-tethered alkynones with amidines, guanidines, hydrazines or hydroxylamine.
