Preparation

The main methods for synthesizing α-ketophenylalanine are: the synthesis method of hydantoin and benzaldehyde, namely the hydantoin method, the hydrolysis method of α-acetylaminocinnamic acid and the dicarbonylation method. Its calcium salt can be directly prepared by the action of a catalyst.
