Pigment Red 57:1,15850:1 (Lithol Rubine) is one of the most important organic pigments and an important printing ink pigment.It has a brilliant shade that corresponds to the standard “magenta”shade of the European scale for multicolor, letterpress, and offset printing, as well as high tinting strength, good lightfastness, and solvent resistance.

Uses

Pigment Red 57:1 is one of the most important organic pigments and an important printing ink pigment.
It is used in almost all printing ink sectors (in letterpress and offset printing, and in illustration and packaging gravure printing) for several reasons. It has a brilliant shade that corresponds to the standard “magenta” shade of the European scale for multicolor, letterpress, and offset printing, as well as high tinting strength, good lightfastness, and solvent resistance.
