Uses
S-Doxylamine-d5 is the labelled isomer of Doxylamine, a first-??generation antihistamine and a sedative. Doxylamine is used to treat nausea and vomiting of pregnancy. Overdose of Doxylamine can cause rhabdomyolysis.
General Description
Doxylamine is a member of the ethanolamine class of antihistamines and is the most effective over-the-counter (OTC) sedative in the US. This internal standard is suitable for a variety of GC/MS and LC/MS applications from forensic and pharmaceutical analysis to clinical toxicology and isotope dilution methods.
