Dinalin Chemical Properties,Usage,Production
Uses
Dinaline (GOE 1734; PD 104 208; NSC 328786) is a potent and orally activity anticancer agent. Dinaline shows cytotoxicity and antitumor activity. Dinaline has the potential for the research of colorectal cancer[1].
in vivo
Dinaline (5.9, 7.7, 10 mg/kg; p.o.; 5 days per week for 10 weeks) inhibits tumor growth in rats[1].
| Animal Model: | 140-160 g, male Sprague-Dawley rats[1] |
| Dosage: | 5.9, 7.7, 10 mg/kg |
| Administration: | P.o.; 5 days per week for 10 weeks |
| Result: | Showed significant tumor growth inhibition in a dose-dependent manner with the ratio of median tumor volume of (T/C%) values of 0.4, 16 and 10.6 at 10, 7.7 and 5.9 mg/kg respectively. |
