Spastazoline Chemical Properties,Usage,Production

Uses

Spastazoline is a selective spastin (a microtubule-severing AAA protein) inhibitor, with an IC50 of 99 nM for Human spastin. Spastazoline can be used for cell division- and intracellular vesicle transport-related research[1].

Biological Activity

Spastazoline is a cell penetrant, potent and selective ATP-competitive inhibitor of spastin.
