Animal Model:	Male Swiss Webster mice^[1]
Dosage:	10-100 nmol/mouse
Administration:	Intracerebralventricular injection, once
Result:	Produced a dose-related inhibition of the tail-flick response. The effects peaked at 2-4 min and were dissipated by 10 min. The EC₅₀ was 38.5 nmol/mouse.
