Uses

Purpurin 18 can be used for synergistic orthotopic pancreatic cancer therapy. This compound can also be used to improve muscular microcirculation disorder.

in vivo

Purpurin 18 (0.625 mg/kg, intratumoral injection, single dose) has good photodynamic efficacy in mouse models. Purpurin 18 photodynamic therapy (PDT) inhibits tumor proliferation in mice^[1].

Animal Model:	Subcutaneous injection of 4T1 mouse model (PDT treatment)^[1]
Dosage:	0.625 mg/kg; single dose
Administration:	Intratumoral injection
Result:	Had good photodynamic efficacy, did not affect body weight and major organ functions, and inhibited tumor proliferation.
