Description

m-PEG3-S-PEG4-propargyl is a PEG linker containing a propargyl group. The propargyl groups can react with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules via copper catalyzed azide-alkyne Click Chemistry to yield stable triazole linkages. The hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media.

Uses

m-PEG3-S-PEG4-propargyl is a PEG-based PROTAC linker can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs[1]. m-PEG3-S-PEG4-propargyl is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
