ANTI-TCF-1 Usage And Synthesis
Uses
Rabbit Anti-LEF1 (AB2) antibody can be used for western blot (2μg/ml) and IHC (4-8μg/ml, using paraffin-embedded tissues) applications.
Biological Activity
Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor-1 (LEF1) is a 48-kD nuclear protein th at is expressed in pre-B and T cells. It binds to a functionally important site in the T-cell receptor-alpha enhancer and confers maximal enhancer activity. LEF1 belongs to a family of regulatory proteins th at share homology with high mobility group protein-1.
