4A3-SC8 Usage And Synthesis
Uses
4A3-SC8 is a modular degradable dendrimer that enables small RNAs to extend survival in an aggressive liver cancer model[1].
in vivo
4A3-SC8 mediates siRNA accumulation mainly in liver and slightly in the spleen and kidneys 24 hours after intravenous injection at dosage of 1 mg siRNA/kg and enables >95% FVII knockdown in mice[1].
After injection with 4A3-SC8 (100 mg/kg with 4 mg/kg control siRNA siCTR; i.v.; once), mice became sick and lost nearly 20% of their weight on the first day postinjection[1].
