MK-8245 Usage And Synthesis
Uses
MK-8245 analog (compound 6) is a potent stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD) inhibitor with an IC50 of 7 nM for rat SCD. MK-8245 analog has antidiabetic and antidyslipidemic effects[1].
