Description

RKI-1313 is an inhibitor of Rho-associated kinase 1 (ROCK1) and 2 (IC₅₀s = 34 and 8 μM, respectively). It has been used as a negative control for the ROCK inhibitor RKI-1447 .

Uses

RKI-1313 is a ROCK inhibitor with IC50s of 34, 8 μM for ROCK 1 and ROCK 2, respectively. RKI-1313 shows little effect on the phosphorylation levels of ROCK substrates, migration, invasion or anchorage-independent growth[1].
